Jaindl Properties is a commercial and residential property company based out of Allentown, PA. The Jaindl family is a huge part of the revitalization of the Lehigh Valley and were looking for a brand refresh that demonstrates the honesty, integrity, loyalty, and history that they bring to the area. The first logo option takes a recognizable shield shape and morphs it to become a ‘J’ and ‘P’ to form a strong icon paired with legible typography. This project was completed while under employment by Hammer Marketing.

SECOND LOGO OPTION
This was another proposed option for the Jaindl Properties logo. It also plays off of the shield, while the shape also morphs into an abstract building, playing off of the ‘properties’ aspect of the company. If you look a little closer, you’ll also notice that the negative shapes create the letters ‘J’ and ‘P’.

WEBSITE
The website allows interested parties to easily find properties based on property type (i.e. commercial, residential, and retail). There are also dedicated areas of the site devoted to company information and recent news about the company.
