Frankford Candy – Digital Marketing

Frankford Candy is a leader in the licensed candy industry. Their digital footprint existed, but was a bit stale. Alongside our digital marketing architect, I generated both organic and paid social media posts, marketing campaigns that involved custom landing pages, promotional emails, and supporting marketing collateral. After rolling the new designs out, Frankford saw significant engagement both through social media and increased sales on their website.

This project was completed while under the employment of Hammer Marketing.

ORGANIC & PAID SOCIAL MEDIA

Over the course of about a year, I created roughly 20–25 social graphics for organic posts and 2–3 paid campaigns per month. This was done by working closely with a digital marketing architect and outlining a strategically planned social roadmap. Through these eye-catching visuals and monthly giveaways, we were able to raise Frankford’s instagram following from less than 5K to upwards of 15K — which led to drastically improved engagement and increased sales.

I also designed 2 promotional email templates that could be customized and deployed by the client. The first “review” email includes a discount code in exchange for a customer review for a recent purchase. The main image in this email would be refreshed every so often. The second email would be more frequently sent and would highlight a different featured product, as well as several other key products.

This seasonal landing page was tied to paid campaigns, which I also did the designs for. It was to be refreshed for the most important shopping holidays in the candy industry (Christmas, Halloween, Easter, and Valentine’s Day). The idea was to pull in a featured product in the hero section and additional seasonal products could be filtered and sorted below.
